- At Tanguay, we use personal information for administration purposes in order to have a better client experience. Your information is not disclosed at any time other than specified in our privacy policy. .
- The document given to the client following a purchase is a purchase order. Tanguay reserves the right to accept or not to accept any order.
- The client acknowledges having received a copy of the purchase order and he further acknowledges that Tanguay does not make installment sales nor any forward sales. Tanguay concludes exclusively to cash sales. Any financing of a purchase results directly with an agreement between the client and a specialized firm.
- The client must read the owner’s manual / user guide and read the manufacturer’s warranty before usage.
- The client is responsible for carefully checking the first statement of account issued by the financing firm to make sure everything is in order.
