Frigidaire Professional's 36-inch PowerPlus induction cooktop offers the speed, control and consistency of gas, without requiring the kitchen to convert from electric to gas.

The SpacePro intermediate element allows you to cook 2 different dishes at the same time, or to combine 2 elements to use large pans or a hot plate. The cooktop adapts to the size of the pan, whether it is a small saucepan, a large frying pan or a hot plate. The even heat eliminates overheating zones and produces consistent results for evenly cooking delicious food like steaks and omelets. The cool-touch cooking surface generates heat directly into the pan rather than the cooktop, so spilled food doesn't burn.
