This set includes a Double Murphy Bed (that sleeps two) and a sofa. Combining style with convenience, Pur by Bestar is the ideal multi-function solution for condos, loft apartments, studios, guest rooms and offices. 

A mechanism with an integrated piston system makes it easy to assemble the retractable bed. Improved comfort with European slatted mattress support. A simple and safe double piston system allows for effortless lowering and lifting. Easy to use: simply pull the bed towards you to lower it with its handle and then unfold its foot on the floor. 85.3" clearance is required when extended. The minimum ceiling height requirement is 86¼". Clearance under the bed of 9.6" when open. A mattress is not included. 

Designed to accommodate most double mattresses. Mattress must meet the following requirements: 20.3 to 25.4 cm (8 to 10") thick. 27.2 to 40.8 kg (60 to 90 lb.) in weight. 190.5 cm (L) x 137 cm (W) (75 x 54") in size. Futons are not suitable. QUALITY MATERIALS: 9-gauge bow-spring suspension. Seat cushions are stuffed with glueless cotton covered with D30 foam. 2" high plastic or chrome legs. Hardwood frame. 

SPACE SAVING: The sofa and Murphy bed combination is a perfect solution for making more out of your room's space. It offers both a place to sit and sleep in a very little area. To open the bed, simply remove the cushions and lower the sleeping surface. 

COMPATIBLE: The sofa can be used as a complement to any Bestar double Murphy bed. It can also be placed against a wall. 

COMFORTABLE: Seat cushions are 7. 9" thick. All fabrics are reinforced and durable. No nails are used, only staples. 

NOTE: Pre-assembled, except for the legs. Overall dimensions: 72.5" W x 33.5" D x 39" H. 12-month limited warranty. Must be placed against a pull-out bed or wall to support the back cushions. Cannot be placed in the middle of a room as there is no backrest. 

10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship offered to the original purchaser.
