L'Oracle® is the world's first manual automatic espresso machine that allows you to make barista-style coffee in the comfort of your home.
It has an automatic grinding, dosing, tamping, and milk frothing function, automating the two most difficult functions in the preparation of an espresso.
Pre-brew function: Gradually increases the water pressure and slowly swells the grind for uniform extraction.
Triple heating system:
1. dedicated steam boiler with integrated heat exchanger for thermal stability
2. Espresso boiler with digital PID temperature controller for precise water temperature.
3. Heated brew head with integrated PID controlled element for maintaining thermal stability.
Settings: adjustable grind control, programmable milk temperature and texture, one/two shot, Americano, hot water.
Overpressure value: This commercial feature limits the Italian pump pressure to 15 bar throughout the extraction process, preventing bitterness from altering the coffee.
Automatic Microfoam Texture: The self-cleaning steam nozzle, fed by a dedicated boiler, foams the milk into a microfoam essential to latte art that enhances the flavour of the coffee. You can adjust the temperature and texture of the milk to suit your taste.
LCD Screen: Displays the current settings and programmable functions and the current milk temperature and texture settings.
Timer: The timer displays the flow time and serves as a guide for consistent extraction.
