CONTEST RULES
"Chasing Winter Trails with Spherik”
December 11th to December 22nd, 2024

1. HOW TO ENTER

   Anyone wishing to enter the contest must complete the online form on the Tanguay website. No purchase necessary.

   Limit of one entry per person.

   Ameublements Tanguay is not responsible for any server, Internet access. or Internet connection problems.

2. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

   The prize is a Sphérik SF3 fatbike valued at $1,599.99. The winner will be able to choose from one of the three available sizes. The draw will take place on January 6, 2025.

3. PRIZE AWARD

   The winner will be determined by computer at random from all entries received by the contest deadline. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the contest deadline. Winners will be contacted by e-mail and given 5 days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or the prize has not been claimed after this period, a new winner will be selected.

   Winners' names will be published on Ameublements Tanguay's Facebook and Instagram pages.

   By entering the contest, all winners authorize Ameublements Tanguay to use their name, address, and/or photograph for advertising purposes without any form of compensation.

4. CONTEST START AND END DATES.

   The contest will begin on December 11, 2024, at midnight and will end on December 22, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.

5. DATE OF PRIZE AWARD

   The draw will take place at Ameublements Tanguay's head office located at 7200, rue Armand-Viau Québec (Québec) G2C 2A7 on January 6, 2025.

6. GENERAL RULES
   1. The advertisement and any images associated with the advertisements for this contest are for informational purposes only. By entering this contest, the winner agrees to abide by each and every one of the conditions set forth in these rules and regulations and to release, discharge, and hold harmless Ameublements Tanguay and their respective affiliates, as well as their employees, representatives, agents, mandataries and partners from and against any and all claims, actions, or causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever, in connection with or arising directly or indirectly from participation in this contest or use of the prize indicated.
   2. This contest is open to all Quebec residents 18 years of age and over, with the exception of employees, representatives, and agents of Ameublements Tanguay, their respective affiliated companies, their partners, as well as persons with whom these employees, representatives, and agents are domiciled, and members of their immediate families.
   3. As a condition of each prize, the winner must correctly answer the following mathematical skill-testing question: 150 x 2 5. Once the mathematical skill-testing question has been correctly answered, the participant will be declared the winner.
   4. Ameublements Tanguay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest, or any part thereof, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
   5. The contest rules are available on the Ameublements Tanguay website.
   6. Ecofees, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the winner.
   7. This contest is held and organized solely by and for the benefit of Ameublements Tanguay.
