RULES
"Baby Safety Month Contest"
June 5th to 18th, 2024  

1. HOW TO ENTER

   To enter the contest, participants must fill out the online form on Tanguay's website. No purchase is necessary.

   Limit of one entry per person.

   Tanguay is not responsible for any server, internet access, or connection issues.

2. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

   One (1) Sirona Rotating Car Seat with Sensorsafe by Cybex (SKU 0824839), valued at $799.95.

3. PRIZE AWARD

   The winner’s name will be randomly selected by computer from all eligible entries received by the contest deadline. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the contest deadline. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. They will have 3 days to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be selected.

   The winner's name will be published on Tanguay's Facebook pages and website.

   By participating in the contest, the winner authorizes Tanguay to use their name, address, and/or photograph for advertising purposes without any form of compensation.

4. CONTEST START AND END DATES.

   September 6 to September 19, 2024, at 11:59 PM, Eastern Time.

5. PRIZE AWARD DATE

   The draw will take place at Tanguay's head office located at 7200 Armand-Viau Street, Quebec City (Quebec) G2C 2A7, on September 20, 2024, around 2:00 PM.

6. GENERAL RULES
   1. The announcement and all images associated with the contest advertisements are for illustrative purposes only. By participating in this contest, any winner agrees to comply with all the conditions outlined in these rules and to release and discharge Tanguay and its respective affiliates, employees, representatives, agents, and partners from any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of any kind, directly or indirectly related to participation in the contest or the use of the stated prize.
   2. This contest is open to all persons aged 18 and over who reside in Quebec, except employees, representatives, and agents of Tanguay, their respective affiliates, partners, and the persons with whom these employees, representatives, and agents are domiciled, as well as their immediate family members.
   3. Prior to receiving any prize, as an essential condition for its award, the winner must correctly answer the following mathematical skill-testing question: 150 x 2 5. Upon providing the correct answer to the mathematical question, the participant will be declared the winner.
   4. Tanguay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest, or any part thereof, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
   5. The contest rules are available in the contest post on Tanguay's Facebook page as well as on the contest's designated landing page.
   6. This contest is subject to all applicable laws in the province of Quebec.
   7. This contest is held and organized solely by and for the benefit of Tanguay.
